Agreement for Delayed or Partial Rent Payments

(Landlord/Manager) agrees to accept all the remainder of the rent on or before ____________________, 199___, and to hold off on any legal proceeding to evict ____________________ (Tenant(s)) until that date. Tenant confirms that Landlord/Manager may continue with an eviction in the event the balance of rent and any late charges is not paid by the agreed date and has not waived any right to proceed with said eviction by the acceptance of this payment.
