Consent to Assignment of Lease

____________________, Landlord, ________________, Tenant and ________________, Assignee agree as follows: 1. Tenant has leased the premises at __________________________ from Landlord. 2. The lease was signed on _______________________199___ and will expire on ________________________, 199___. 3. Tenant is to assigning the balance of Tenant's lease to Assignee, beginning on __________________________ 199___ ,and ending on __________________________ 199___. 4. Tenant's financial responsibilities under the terms of the lease are not ended by virtue of this assignment. Specifically, Tenant understands that: a. If Assignee defaults and fails to pay the rent as provided in the lease, namely on __________________________199___, Tenant will be obligated to do so within ___________ days of being notified by Landlord; and b. If Assignee damages the property beyond normal wear and tear and fails or refuses to pay for repairs or replacement, Tenant will be obligated to do so. 5.
