Plaintiff(s) Norman Linton as agent for the Unicorn Trust, an individual sues
Defendant(s) Diane Carol XXXXX and alleges:
COUNT 1
1. This is an action to evict a Tenant from real property in Hillsborough County, Florida.
2. Plaintiff(s) is Landlord of the following described property located in Hillsborough County, Florida, :
XXXX E Mohawk Ave #C, Tampa FL 33604
3. Defendant(s) has possession of the property under a written agreement to pay rent of $420.00 per month. A copy of the agreement is attached and made part of this complaint.
4. The Defendant(s) failed to pay the rent due on the October 2, 1996.
5. Plaintiff(s) served Defendant(s) with a written notice on October 5, 1996, to pay rent or vacate the property, but Defendant refused to do either. A copy of the written notice is attached hereto and made part of this Complaint.
6. Plaintiff(s) has/have not yet received any payment since the notice was delivered.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff(s) demand judgement for possession of the property against Defendant(s), costs and attorneys fees, if Plaintiff(s) represented by attorney.
COUNT II
7. This is an action for past due rent.
8. Defendant(s) owe(s) the Landlord $420.00 for past due rents as at the date of filing of this Complaint.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff(s) demand judgement for past due rent, including rents accruing since the filing of this action, costs and attorneys fees, if Plaintiff(s) represented by attorney.
