Greg Reaume, Esq, MS

I started this practice for three reasons. First, I enjoy meeting builders, entrepreneurs, and business owners because they inspire me and open my eyes to new ideas. My goal is to use the law to help them bring their visions to life.

Second, I am intellectually interested in emerging areas of law. Recent large scale data breaches, self driving cars, and the legalization of marijuana in many states all pose questions of law that I find complex and engaging.

Finally, I want to make law accessible. Several studies have highlighted the fact that most Americans cannot afford legal services. This fact calls for rethinking how such services are provided. My goal is to offer affordable legal services by keeping overhead costs down and focusing on issues that can be resolved remotely and efficiently.

Prior to starting Wallace Legal I was in-house counsel at City Constructors, Inc., a commercial construction firm in Los Angeles. There I worked on a wide range of issues, including employment and construction disputes, corporate formation and management matters, and risk management. I have also worked as a statistician in Afghanistan, quantitative researcher, and in finance for the state of California.

I am well versed in the needs of start-ups and established businesses and can help you navigate California or Colorado’s regulatory frameworks to achieve your goals.
