Best Probiotic Pills

As an entrepreneur, I work long hours and my energy is constantly being tapped out. Running out of energy is no fun.

Hence, finding ways to “BIOHACK” is a big key to success.

Biohacking essentially means carefully choosing everything that you put into your body with the awareness that it will either help or hurt my energy levels.

Since I am constantly stuffing my face with gummy bears, twinkies and bon bons, I really need a good probiotic.

I’m kidding, I eat pretty healthy, but honestly I am one of the lucky ones who can eat whatever they want and stay the same weight. Thanks Mom and Dad!

Regardless of your diet, a good probiotic is key.

It is estimated that there are 100 trillion micro-organisms from approximately 500 different species living in our stomachs. These micro-organisms contribute to approximately 70 percent of the body’s immune response. Most of them help us to digest food and keep our immune system in check.

Man-made chemicals from our modern day diets can sometimes prevent our digestive tracts from working like a well-oiled machine.

Cue the probiotics treatments.

Studies have been showing for decades that probiotics can treat and prevent gastrointestinal problems when that happens. That’s why I love them, and I finally found the one that works for me.

Studies on Probiotics

One study indicated that probiotics helped 60 percent of participants with antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Probiotics help with constipation as well and have been shown to slow the transit time of food by 12.4 hours. In these studies, probiotics increased the number of weekly bowel movements by 1.3 bowel movements, allowing patients to feel better about their digestion within hours.

This is just the start of the magic of probiotics. There are a ton of benefits to them, and I’ve been using them for years. There’s one I want to tell you about. It’s called Restore3. You hardly even know you are taking it, but you definitely feel better and healthier overall when you do.

In Native Formulas, I trust…

I take these Restore 3 supplements every day, and they have a noticeable affect on my vitality and energy.

The founder of Restore 3 have vast experience in the area of digestive health. They have done some really amazing research on gut health. The story of how they created these supplements came from decades of trial and error, searching for solutions to digestive tract issues. Check out their website, they have a ton of great info on there related to gut health.

What are the benefits of taking probiotics?

There are a number of benefits of taking probiotics. They are most known for helping with digestion, and any problems you may have with your gut. They are very popular with certain intestinal disorders, but they also help with almost any acute or mild digestion problem. Probiotics provide many benefits to the following conditions, just to start:

• Diarrhea
• Constipation
• Irritable bowel syndrome
• Crohn’s disease
• Colitis
• H. pylori
• Urinary tract infections
• Digestive infections

Healthy digestion is the primary benefit of probiotics. They also help to relieve gas and bloating, or any kind of digestive discomfort at all.

How do I choose a probiotic?

When you are looking at different probiotics to choose from, it is going to be overwhelming because it feels like they all look the same. There are certain natural chemicals that are sometimes added to probiotics, and this is often where you will find the differences with most brands. Read the labels carefully.

To start, you want a product that contains Lactobacillus, in a quantity of at least 1 billion units. You are also going to want to look for Saccharomyces boulardii, Bifidobacterium. Most probiotics on the market contain at least Lactobaccillus. If you only get one of these chemicals in your probiotic, be sure that it is that one. Yogurt contains Lactobacillus for example. On their own, these chemicals will often be eliminated by your stomach acid and won’t produce the benefits you are looking for from a probiotic. This is why so many people supplement with probiotics.

Other ingredients to look for include natural herbal additions, which you will see often in probiotics. Herbal supplements can help to relieve abdominal discomfort considerably.

The ingredients used in Restore 3 include:

Proteolytic Enzymes
Magnesium Malate
Cellulase And Hemicellulase
Glucoamylase And Amylase
Lipase
Bacillus Coagulans
Bacillus Subtilis

Restore 3 is a powerful dietary supplement, which delivers essential nutrients, enzymes and probiotics in your body. It is made using high potency ingredients, which are safe and highly effective. Using this formula will improve your body health and make you feel strong. It improves digestive health, relief you from pains, boost body immunity and raise energy levels.

It is very essential for people suffering from fibromyalgia, as it reliefs from pain and make you feel refreshed.

It also eliminates other health issues like gas, bloating and heartburn. This formula is designed for daily use for you to obtain optimum results.

The Restore 3 probiotic delivers the most essential bacteria strains in your intestines, leading to an improved digestive health.

You won’t have to buy multiple products to get them all included in your diet.

Are Probiotics Safe?

Yes, for most people probiotics are safe because they contain things that our body already has. For some people, there might be some allergic reactions. Those allergic reactions may include the very symptoms you are trying to alleviate, like bloating, diarrhea, stomach upset, and gas. If you are concerned at all, talk to your doctor about taking probiotics.

There are some conditions that should avoid probiotics. Those conditions include the following:

• Weakened immune systems
• Critical or terminal illnesses
• Post-surgical patients
• Infants that are ill

Probiotics are considered to be safe for children, but sometimes that is a no. When they are already ill, or being treated for something, they should be avoided until the doctor gives the green light.

Why Restore 3?

Restore 3 offers all of the ingredients that you need in a good probiotic.

Along with all of the immune-boosting properties that you get from your own intestinal micro-organisms, Restore 3 features the proprietary DE111 that enhances immune response above what other probiotics can do for you.

The support team is very responsive too if you have questions. My questions were answered the same day.

Bottom line

I am always looking for ways to keep my body running at maximum efficiency. The “master key” to vibrant health IS IN YOUR GUT! Your gut is the gatekeeper to so many microorganisms and your gut is the one that unlocks so many doors which need to be opened to reach optimal health.

My advice is not to spend a lot of money getting supplements to cross every mineral off of your list. Restore 3 is one is all-in-one solution, meaning you can get everything you need from one dosage.

Try Restore3 today at a very affordable cost, and I have a gut feeling that you’ll be glad you did! 😉

  • I am hearing great things about probiotics. As a chronic pain sufferer, I struggle with various types of stomach-related issues. I have been prescribed mountains of prescription pills but I never seem to get any relief. I would be willing to give them a try. I will continue to research the topic to see if this could be a good solution for my issues. Bowel cramps are never a good thing when you are a busy multi-tasking entrepreneur.

  • I’m totally going to buy these. I had some liver cleansing pills the other month and they didn’t seem to do much for me and the last probiotic drinks I had made my stomach go crazy. Thankful for the recommendation on a product that you can endorse. I was always told you have 3 brains. One in your mind of course, one in your heart, and one in your gut. And that your gut is just as important as the other 2. A healthy gut is a happy person.

  • “Biohacking” is such an interesting topic and I think we are only scratching the surface of how we can optimize bodies for performance both physically and mentally. I think that probiotics are a key ingredient in overall health and influence the way we feel.
But rather than taking a supplement in pill form, have you tried any of the great of the food/beverage methods of taking in probiotics such as yogurt or Kombucha? And as a side benefit, well made Kombucha is delicious! I appreciate this review and am always interested to hear what biohacking methods have worked for others.

  • Probiotics are a lot more essential to health than some people think; I know my dad, a doctor, is constantly emphasizing the importance of probiotics because if your gut isn’t healthy, your body isn’t either. It can especially affect your energy levels, mental health, and the longevity of your life. Fun but not so fun fact: your gut microbiota can actually affect your long-term eating habits and cravings. When certain bad microbes don’t get the junk food that powers them, they produce toxins that decrease your energy levels and make you feel sick until you finally cave in. They can even change your taste buds, produce neurotransmitters that train you to like certain unhealthy foods, and thus increase your cravings for sugary and salty snacks. It’s so essential to take care of your gut, and if you don’t like taking a pill or gummy for a probiotic boost, try Yakult (a fermented milk drink) or a bite of kimchi!

  • Hi Taylor,

I just started probiotics a few months ago, and I has definitely helped with digestion. I have noticed that I have less frequent diarrhea, and I do not have as much bloating either. I believe it has also helped with digestion of food that might have gone a day or two past due. I didn’t have diarrhea whereas a friend wasn’t so lucky, and we ate the same thing that day.

I would prefer to get probiotics without having to take a pill, but it is quite difficult to have yogurt everyday without getting sick of eating it, even though it isn’t a very big portion. Thanks for the recommendation of Restore 3. I will have to look into that one, too.

  • I never thought about trying probiotic pills. I did not know about the benefits they have to offer. Honestly, I do not take anything unless my doctor tells me to take it. I know they are good for your body but they are not for me. Thanks for the information if I decide to try it I will give them a try

  • While I’m all for probiotics, and they’ve definitely helped improve my digestive system, I’m not really sure about this brand. Every health professional I’ve talked to over the years have all said the same thing: because probiotics are living organisms, they need to be stored in a specific temperature range to make sure they don’t die. I’ve always heard that the most effective probiotic is one that needs to be refrigerated; a dark cupboard won’t guarantee lives of our bacterial friends in the pill capsules, thus weakening the effectiveness of the probiotic over time. Looking at the website, it says “refrigeration not necessary.” Based on that, I’m not sure the price justifies this product over spending less on a monthly supply of kombucha. I’m not against supplementing my probiotics with a pill form, but I think I’m going to have to take a pass on this one and keep looking.

  • My stomach needs these type of pills! Whenever I have taken a probiotic I always just feel better in general terms. My energy level is better, my mood is better. Just overall I feel better. I’m not having to have the upset stomach and fearing what I eat on a daily basis. The probiotic kind of keeps my stomach in check from all that nonsense happening.

  • I haven’t really read much about the results or benefits of taking probiotics. I’ve heard of taking them to help stomach problems, but have not heard of taking them for energy or taking them for preventative reasons. However, I do think there is an energy deficit and it would be nice to see more people energized and motivated on a daily basis. This article seems to include much research into something I haven’t seen much about. I think it’s important that we find ways to help one another’s health, though I think different supplements and probiotics are needed for different people. I’ve never really considered my gut being so important for my health, but I understand why it is often overlooked or underestimated. I think it’s easy to take your gut for granted if it seems to work fine. However, many people struggle with digestive problems and I hope spreading knowledge like this will help people.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed your blog. I know quite a bit about probiotics as I have been taking them for years. You mentioned the counteracting effects that probiotics have when one takes antibiotics especially where digestion and the stomach are concerned. In addition to those benefits, probiotics also help with immune support. When I take antibiotics I always end up with some kind of infection that isn’t limited to the digestive system. Antibiotics remove the defense against bad bacteria and taking probiotics ensures that my body’s defenses are always prepared for an oncoming infection. Believe it or not, I got a sinus infection after 2 days of antibiotics from the hospital during labor with my first child. Considering the known risks and side effects of antibiotics, I think that doctors should either prescribe probiotics or educate their patients on the use of probiotic-rich foods to ensure they have a constant intake of good bacteria. On another note, I must say that I did not know that probiotics help to relieve pain. I know a few people who deal with symptoms similar to fibromyalgia and will be recommending Restore3 to them.

  • Hello, Taylor,
This is the first time I’ve heard of “biohacking.” It makes sense and is something I’ve done intuitively. Although I don’t take a probiotic, I try to consume foods that help with gut flora—yogurt, pumpkin seeds, etc. There is a lot of research linking probiotics in aiding with food intolerances, allergies, and even autism. I’m always amazed by the weight loss success stories people have shared regarding adding probiotics to the diet. Many people, women especially, deal with bloating that can be amended with increased probiotics in their diet. Improving digestion also can help with water retention and nutrient absorption as well.

  • I feel like probiotics and/or vitamins and beneficial pills are easily overlooked and they aren’t considered to be important to some people. I believe that they are an important part of anyone’s daily routine and I would recommend that people consider taking them more often than not. I love using probiotic pills to help with gas and bloating. Thank you for your recommendation on probiotics! I haven’t found one that I absolutely love and adore yet, so I will give yours a shot. I also like how the probiotic you recommended is an all-in-one pill. I can cut out a couple of other pills in my pill box!

  • You know, at first, I was skeptical. Mixed reviews, but my body craves it, and you’ve just validated why! I’ve been using it for six weeks and can’t live without it. I’m not sure why, but I enjoy taking it. My bowels were more controlled than they had ever been.
